FITNESS CLASSES FOR ALL AGES


Each person has different goals & wants with their fitness journey. We are here to help you build plans that work in the gym with one on one sessions while also giving you tools to be successful when you walk out our doors. 

 

Youth Strength & Conditioning (Grades 4–6)

This program is designed for students in grades 4–6 who are ready to grow stronger, move better, and build lifelong healthy habits in a safe and structured environment. Classes focus on conditioning, strength training, coordination, and overall wellness, tailored to meet the needs of younger athletes and active youth.

Kids will learn how to set goals, stay motivated, and enjoy fitness in a fun, encouraging atmosphere led by professional coaches.

Class Details:

  • When: Thursdays | 5:00 – 6:00 PM

Teen Strength & Conditioning (Grades 7 and Up)

This program is designed specifically for students in grades 7 and up who want to build strength, endurance, and confidence in a supportive, structured setting. Whether you’re an athlete looking to enhance performance or simply focused on overall health and wellness, each class includes goal-based training tailored to your needs.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Butler Area Intermediate and High School, this after-school option makes it easy to fit fitness into busy schedules.

Class Details:

  • When: Mondays & Thursdays, 3:15–4:00 PM
     
  • Where: Legacy Sword & Shield, 534 Fairground Hill Rd, Butler, PA
     
  • Focus Areas: Conditioning • Strength Training • Healthy Lifestyle Habits

This is a total knockout workout!  This time efficient, yet, highly effective instructor lead class gives you a maximum calorie burn while building lean muscle. With a combination of strength training, cardio conditioning, and boxing you will conquer it all in a quick 45 minute workout!
